The Asian Art Museum was the fifth museum in the United States to host this unprecedented exhibition on the Saudi antiquities in the United States of America. During its tour in the US, the exhibition achieved remarkable success noticed in the heavy turnout and interaction by the public and the people concerned of culture, heritage and antiquities.
The exhibition through its archeological pieces, which were discovered along the ancient trade routes, mainly focuses on the importance of the ancient trade routes that were crisscrossing the Arabian Peninsula. Also on the trade and cultural exchanges between the different nations in the ancient world, in addition to highlighting the evolution of Haj routes after the emergence of Islam in the Arabian Peninsula.
